[Couenne] Configure, build and install Couenne

Hello Pietro and Stefan,

Thanks so much for your help!
It's working now! The binary file of Couenne was generated.
But the get.* script of ASL directory is not ok. We can't download the
solvers.tar from Netlib ftp site. I had to download each file of ampl from
http site.
Great!!! :-)
