[Couenne] Node selection

Ina,

Couenne's node selection is inherited from Bonmin and is (by default) 
best-bound. You can set it with the option "node_comparison" in the option 
file. The values are given in Bonmin/src/Algorithms/BonBabSetupBase.cpp, 
around line 497.
