[Couenne] Multithreading

Hi all,

I would like to know if it is possible to use multithreading with Counne. I
am executing Couenne on a 8-core machine and only 2.5% of the resources
(one core) are used. I have tried to set a Cbc option in the .opt file (cbc
-threads 8) but it doesn't work.
