[Couenne] COINCOUENNE/COINBONMIN Issues

Hi there,

I am using GAMS 23.3, and I have an issue while using COINCOUENNE as
attached. The GAMS stops working and terminates the model.
Also with COINBONMIN, the solution report states that unknown exception
thrown !

I am looking for your support on how to solve such issues !
