[Couenne] recent changes in trunk/

Dear Couenne users,

I have just committed some changes to Couenne/trunk (changesets 311  
and 312). They are all *cosmetic* changes, in that Couenne's behaviour  
does not change.

First, all header files have been renamed to have the common prefix  
"Couenne", i.e., exprExp.hpp is now CouenneExprExp.hpp. This has the  
advantage, among others, to make it easier to spot Couenne-related  
include files when they are installed in an include/ directory.

Second, code for heuristics and for most interfaces has been moved to  
properly named directory interfaces/ and heuristics.

If you have projects that use or modify such header files and is  
currently working on trunk, please make sure that the right header  
file names are used. My apologies if this creates problems to any of  
you.

I'll introduce a namespace for Couenne as well in a revision soon.
