[Couenne] configuring Couenne

Matt,

I'd be interested in trying that .nl file. Also, you may want to edit  
the couenne.opt file in Couenne/src/ and place it in the running  
directory. For instance, the lines

bb_log_level 2
nlp_log_level 1
lp_log_level 1

instructs Cbc, Ipopt, and Clp, respectively, to be more verbose.

Finally, even if it is a nonconvex MINLP (i.e. an MINLP whose  
continuous relaxation is a nonconvex NLP), you may want to use Bonmin  
to obtain (usually good) upper bounds.
