[Couenne] stable version

Dear Couenne users,

stable version 0.1 of Couenne is now available for download with svn at

https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/Couenne/stable/0.1

It can be downloaded with the command

svn co https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/Couenne/stable/0.1 Couenne

(see also the Couenne trac page, https://projects.coin-or.org/Couenne ).

In general, the stable version of Couenne is subject to slight  
changes, such as bug fixes and light maintenance. In order to be  
up-to-date with such changes, you may run the command "svn update"  
within the Couenne directory.

The latest stable release of Couenne, 0.1.0, is also available at  
https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/Couenne/releases/0.1.0. This release  
is *not* subject to change, and can also be downloaded as a tar ball  
(which will be available on 12/04/2008).

The latest unstable version of Couenne is available in the trunk/  
directory; it contains recent developments that are not yet robust  
enough to be included in a stable version.

NOTE: Couenne has been initially developed within the Bonmin project,  
and previous versions of Couenne are still available in the Bonmin  
repository. However, development and maintenance of those versions  
will be discontinued. I am grateful to Pierre Bonami and to the Bonmin  
team for giving me development space in Bonmin and for making the  
transition to the Couenne project so smooth.
