[CoinUtils] configure error

Hi,all

I was trying to build 32bit library of coin project on 64 bit machine, and
link the third party 32bit library, which has no 64bit distribution.

What I did was

../configure CC='gcc -m32' CXX='g++ -m32'

but it fails ..

here is the output :
configure: error: linking to Fortran libraries from C fails
See `config.log' for more details.

In config.log it said :

configure: error: /bin/bash '../../CoinUtils/configure' failed for CoinUtils
