[CoinBinary] --enable-cbc-parallel ?

I am building a Cbc application on Windows, under MinGW, from the CoinAll 
binaries (version 1.6.7, if I can read my own handwriting).

I've just now tried to turn multi-thread parallel operation on, by using 
the command-line option "-threads 2" and got an error message from 
CbcMain1, saying "No match for threads".

Were the CoinAll binaries configured with the --enable-cbc-parallel 
option?  (If not, how hard would it be to try it?)
