[Coin-voting-members] Official meeting on January 2, 2019

There will be an official COIN-OR meeting on January 2nd, 2019 at
3:30PM-4:30PM Eastern time.
This is the first meeting of the year and we will propose, elect and
install officers of the board. All members of COIN-OR are invited to
join.
