COIN-OR would like to invite you to the following events running as part 
of the INFORMS 2014 San Francisco conference. (These are also listed at

*INFORMS Impact Prize Award Ceremony*
COIN-OR is very proud that nine of the pioneers of COIN-OR, Brenda 
Dietrich, JP Fasano, John Forrest, Lou Hafer, Brady Hunsaker, Laszlo 
Ladanyi, Robin Lougee, Ted Ralphs, and Matthew Saltzman, are the 
recipients of the 2014 INFORMS Impact Prize. They will receive the award 
at the conference:
     Sunday, November 9th
     INFORMS Awards Ceremony & Dessert Reception
     8:30pm-9:45pm (Doors close at 8:45pm)

*COIN-OR Cup, 10th Anniversary & INFORMS Impact Prize Celebration**
*We are hosting a combined celebration to honour the recipient of the 
most coveted award in computational O.R, and to honour the COIN-OR 
pioneers who are the recipients of this year's INFORMS Impact Prize 
award. This is also a celebration of COIN-OR's 10'th anniversary. Open 
to friends, family, COIN-OR old-timers, COIN-OR wanna-bees, and everyone 
in between. This year's celebration will be held:
     Monday, November 10th
     7:30 pm -- late

*COIN-OR Users Meeting**
*As is traditional, we will have a user's meeting during lunch on Monday:
     Monday, November 10th
     Time: 12:30 -- 1:30
     Location: Continental 1, BR Level
     Organizer: Matthew Saltzman

Anyone interested in open-source software tools, open standards, or data 
and model repositories for any aspect of operations research is 
encouraged to attend the this meeting. Bring your own lunch and ideas.

*COIN-OR Booth**
*Visit the Computational Infrastructure for Operations Research booth to 
learn about high-quality, free, open-source tools for OR professionals 
and students, suitable for commercial, educational, and personal use. 
COIN-OR is the place to go when you need a 'white box' for algorithm 
research and development. We do binaries, too!

Volunteers are always welcome to "staff the booth." Got a half hour to 
volunteer? Drop by the booth, network with other Coin-OR community 
members, colleagues, and random members of the public
