[Coin-discuss] Could there be one COIN mailing list?

Hi everyone,

There's an awful lot of COIN mailing lists I'd like to subscribe to since INFORMS, but it's going to take a while to get them one by one.  Most of the lists seem to be low volume, so is there a reason (apart from that it would be hard to change, which is a very good reason) why there is one (or two) list(s) per project instead of just one list (or a discuss, announce and tickets)
