[Coin-discuss] CoinMP, a request

I want to integrate the primal simplex in a source code in C++ (visual studio 6).
I tried to use the available DLL and .lib (downloaded from https://projects.coin-or.org/CoinMP) , but i didn't understand how to do it.
please, I need your help, I am looking forward to your response
