[Coin-discuss] Visual Studio v9

Hi,

I used the converter (for the project files in Ipopt), and the only 
difference between the v8 and v9 version of the project files was one line 
that said which version was used.  If that is so in general, it probably 
isn't worth creating v9 files separately...  (I did so for the Ipopt 
project anyway, because I first didn't realize that there is essentially 
no difference between the files.)
