	How nice of you to ask this question  :-).
	
	The capability to specify row and column names is recently installed in
Osi/branches/devel.  I don't think it's made its way out to Osi/stable, however.

	The degree of support depends on the underlying OsiXXX interface.
Support for `auto' is handled by the base Osi class, but doesn't really allow
you to set names (they're generated on the fly).  OsiDylp and OsiGlpk (and
perhaps OsiClp) support all three levels (auto, lazy, and full). The latter two
allow you to specify any name you like.
