[Coin-discuss] Cbc returns fractional solutions

 Hi Everyone,

I am getting fractional solutions for binary declared variables when I am
using Cbc solver; while CPLEX is returns a message: the problem is integer
infeasible.

mps is available at the following link
http://uts.cc.utexas.edu/~jeetv/MIPproblem.mps (too big to be posted
here...)  and I am using minimum.cpp of Cbc example file to solve the mps
file I have.

Any help will be greatly appreciated..
