This list will probably work, but better would be to open a ticket at 
https://projects.coin-or.org/Cbc.  We'd like to encourage patch submission 
and bug reporting through the ticket system because the tracking is 
better.  (If you want to discuss the general question of whether you have 
found a bug or whether a feature request is worthwhile, by all means, 
start here.  But once an action is determined, ticketing it is the 
recommended resolution.)
