Automated regression testing across COIN projects is badly needed.

	I have some unit test code in CGC which I use to facilitate unit tests.  It isn't complex, and with some clever manipulation, could be used to consolidate unit tests into suites, etc. for doing automated regression unit testing.
	 
	I"ve shared it with the FlopC++ and Tim H. is also using it in that library.  So...it's 2 uses of the same tool across libraries....good candidate?
