[Coin-discuss] Using Coin with Xcode

I used to build a number of COIN-OR projects including Cbc with Xcode
with no problem (I have since switched to Eclipse).  Xcode has an option
where you can point it to a Makefile. So run ./configure in the command
line to build all of the Makefiles and then go into Xcode and point it
to the Makefile in the Cbc root.
