[Coin-discuss] Message handling in Osi

Should OsiSolverInterface have a virtual setLogLevel as other parts of
Coin do? Also, should passInMessageHandler be virtual? As it is now,
in order to get cbc to omit messages, I have to get a hold of the
CbcModel pointer. This is easy to do of course, but shouldn't log
level be a sufficiently general service for the Osi?
