[Coin-discuss] question about downloading the CLP package

DEar all,
i'm trying to download my first package from the coin-or project on my pc. I'm using windows and did install Tortoisesvn to downloaded as instructed on the site. 
I'm getting this message :
Error: PROPFIND of '/svn/Clp/trunk': could not connect to server(https://projects.coin-or.org)  
 
althought i can get to https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/Clp/trunk directly without any problem. did anyone have a similar problem before and how to download the package?
