[Coin-discuss] A place for tutorial documentation (was Re: Announcing the CoinHelp Project)

Joe,

	There's a slowly advancing plan to set up a general documentation 
project, with exactly the mandate you're suggesting: a place for tutorial and 
reference material that's aimed more at the algorithm/technique level, as 
opposed to being tied to specific pieces of software.
	
	I'm not directly involved with it at this point, but one of the other
folks working on it may have more to say.
