[Coin-discuss] Announcing the CoinHelp Project

The COIN-OR Foundation is pleased to announce the initiation of the 
CoinHelp project:

This project was launched recently in response to the need for a home 
for general information of use to COIN-OR users. Over time, we plan to 
build up a repository of general help materials, such as tutorials, 
examples, tips, etc. CoinHelp is now in the initial stages of 
development, but already has a significant number of pages in its wiki 
that COIN-OR users may find helpful. Please take a look around and let 
us know what you think!
