[Coin-discuss] Changing cut-var generation

Hi, all.

1) COIN seems to generate cuts, and then vars.
Can I generate vars first and cuts later?

2) When I want to generate columns that has 0 objective coefficients, COIN
deletes them right away.
Can I keep them?

3) Can I do followings?
x: currently in the problem, n: new

  x x x x   n n n n
  x    x
     x    x
  x       x
               n n n n
  n           n
     n           n 
        n           n
            n          n

In other words, I want to insert both columns and cuts within one iteration.
Please, give me some clue.
