[Coin-discuss] marker that is part of the 3D?

I want some kind of marker that is part of the 3D
world, and not only part of the 2D GUI (which the current viewer cursor is)
SIM doesn't have 3D markers pre-made. 3D cursors/markers are a not common in
CAVEs immersive environments...
Does anyone have useful tips regarding this problem?
