Tolga,

That is because the executable was created without the necessary flags to find
the shared lib at runtime. It is fixed now. If you can't update the 
Makefile of
the Examples dir right now, you can try adding the lib path (SYMPHONY/lib) to
the environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
