[Coin-discuss] cbc Solver on NEOS

Hi Ryan,

It should be fixed today.  Sorry for the trouble.  I had to reinstall
hamms the other day, and the compiler versions got out of synch.

BTW -- These questions are better sent to neos-comments at mcs.anl.gov
(I'll see them faster that way).
