[Coin-discuss] Building SYMPHONY on Linux debian

By defualt, SYMPHONY is set to use readline library which adds some  
nice features to the interactive optimizer. If you have this library,  
make sure that it is installed, together with the header files, in the  
system path. If you don't want to use it, just set the variable  
'HAS_READLINE' in the file 'config'.
