[Coin-discuss] Missing files or deadwood in COIN/coin/test?

Dear COIN tean,

I have just download the tarball files and in folder COIN/Coin/test, and I
believe there are some cpp files with a missing hpp.  They are:

 OsiIndexedVectorTest.cpp  
 OsiMpsReaderTest.cpp  
 OsiPackedMatrixTest.cpp  
 OsiPackedVectorTest.cpp  
 OsiShallowPackedVectorTest.cpp

And some of the missing files are OsiIndexedVector.hpp and
OsiShallowPackedVector.hpp.
Is that true?

By the way, I am trying to build COIN in windows XP using MingW and
Eclipse/CDT.  I would appreciate any comments that could help me :-)
