[Coin-discuss] Call for Papers: Mini-track on open source software

This is a late-breaking call for papers for a mini-track on open source 
software at INFORMS New Orleans. If you are developing or using open 
source software and would like to talk about it at INFORMS, now is your 
chance! We are developing a number of themed sessions within the 
mini-track. If you would like to give a talk, please let me know by 
Monday, May 9.
