[Coin-discuss] Fix necessary to install coin in Mac OS X

Hello,

Thanks to the help of my colleague Francois Margot I realized
that I needed to make the add the following two lines
at the beginning of the file "BCP_MACH.hpp" so that COIN can
compile in my mac:

#include <sys/types.h>
#include <sys/time.h>
