[Coin-discuss] Deleting rows

So I need to maintain a list to store the relative row order, if I just use
the Osi interface.

In SYMPHONY, I just assume that the rows are kept in the same relative 
order as they were when the problem was loaded and that new rows are 
appended to the end of the list and this seems to work fine.
