	A big issue will be finding or developing a good modelling 
language.  Most of the nice OR packages support modelling languages such 
as AIMMS, GAMS, AMPL, or Xpress-Mosel.  Unless these languages are 
released under a CPL compatible license, there may be issues integrating 
it with COIN for general public release.  The GNU MathProg language should 
be open, so I'd suggest looking at that.

	That's not to say that other graphical analysis tools wouldn't be 
helpful.  But, an integrated development environment that supports a good 
modelling language would be more helpful.
