[Coin-discuss] make target dir name [was: interpret this please]

This is already possible. Just specify OptLevel="-g -O2" and the target dir
will be Linux-g_-O2. 

When I find some time to rewrite the Makefiles I'll properly document how they
work... (famous last words... :-)
