Sorry, the documentation for this function is a bit out of date and 
these constants have changed names. This is described in the README 
file, but not in the manual. The values to which you can set *feasible are

IP_FEASIBLE
IP_INFEASIBLE
IP_HEUR_FEASIBLE

I will update the documentation now.
