[Coin-discuss] Compiling Bcp with -O gets -DZEROFAULT

Compiling Bcp with USER_OPT set to -O in the application Makefile (say
BAC/Makefile.bc), yields that the Bcp files are compiled with -DZEROFAULT,
apparently coming from the tests at the top of Makefile.Linux. In that
file, apparently, we have OptLevel = "" instead of "-O" making
the flag -DZEROFAULT appear.
I was unable to understand where and how Makefile.Linux interacts with
Bcp/Makefile. But it seems that something is wrong here.
