[Coin-discuss] COIN-OR in Tomorrow's Professor posting, sort of

Those on the list who are academics may subscribe to Tomorrow's 
Professor listserv from Stanford.  A recent posting, number 634, is an 
excerpt dealing with copyright.  It is somewhat interesting.  More 
significantly, the references include a paper about COIN-OR, though 
unfortunately in the original expansion of the acronym (Common 
Optimization Interface instead of Computational Infrastructure).  Also I 
didn't see any mention in the excerpt itself, so perhaps the full work 
references COIN-OR in the text itself.

The posting has been put on the Tomorrow's Professor site yet, but it is
