Sorry for the slow reply... For some reason I couldn't post to the
mailing list.

BCP_lp_create_warmstart.cpp is deadwood, so is BCP_vector_change.cpp...
Just remove the files and every reference to them completely and compile
again. I have removed the files from the repository.
