[Coin-discuss] BCP_lp_create_warmstart.cpp and BCP_vector_change.cpp ?

Hi Eduardo,
Ah... BCP_lp_create_warmstart.cpp is deadwood, so is BCP_vector_change.cpp...
Just remove the files and every reference to them completely and compile
again. I'll remove the files from the repository.
