Hi

There was a bug-fix commit'ed in OsiCpxSolverInterface where
CPXERR_NO_INT_SOLUTION is used. I'm using CPLEX v. 7.1 and
CPXERR_NO_INT_SOLUTION does not exist in cplex.h. Any suggestions?
