[Coin-discuss] Running Bcp on Windows

Hi Jesper,

I have a few simple applications written in COIN/BCP that are "almost done".
After Nov 14, I should have some time to work on this. I will pick one that does
Branch and Price and post to Lehigh's COIN tutorial site - hopefully by the end
of November.
