Lou,

I would disagree that

 OsiHintStrength has a rather positive attitude.

The format of setHintParam is setHintParam(key, bool yesNo, 
OsiHintStrength)

So to discourage, with various degrees of strength, you would set yesNo = 
false while to encourage it is true.

That was the idea anyway.
