Steve-

We are very interested in your contribution to COIN-OR. At the moment, we
have a moratorium on accepting new contributions while we move our
web-hosting service to a new home and revamp our acceptance process. We
should be able to start accepting contributions again around the end of
the summer.

In the meantine, we'd be pleased to post a link on the COIN-OR page if you
have a place to host a download via ftp or http. If you don't have a
place to put your code up, or if you need services like CVS while you are
waiting for us, please contact me directly and we can discuss alternative
arrangements.

Thanks very much for your interest in COIN-OR.
