Where was the news about the revival?  The latest source on their site is
dated ca. 1997 and designed for gcc 2.7.0.

Ah, no.  It's at http://coool.mines.edu/index.html, and the last activity
of any type seems to have been Feb. 2003.  They are developing on Red Hat
Linux 8.0 with gcc 3.2.
