[Coin-discuss] Osl interface

Dear Osi,

I just try the Osl version of the Osi interface and it seems that the 
following call fail:

	CoinPackedVector empty;
	s->addCol(empty, 0, 10, 3);

But I was thinking it's one of the way Osi could be used.
  - First add variables,
  - Then add constraints,
  - Then solve the problem.

To highlight this point you can run one of the version of the test suite I 
send.
The test3 to test9 will halt the program.
