I have merged Vitor's mods into OsiCpxSolverInterface.[ch]pp.  These files
should now work with no changes with pre- and post-8.0 CPLEX libraries
(they pass the unit tests, anyway).  The version-dependent code is
controlled by the value of the macro CPX_VERSION, which is defined in
cplex.h.

The files are in CVS now and should be in the tarball after the next
build.  Let me know if you encounter any problems.  Note that this update
does not address the issues raised by Vivian De Smedt last week.
