Thanks to Vivian and Mikhail I have (hopefully) improved Clp.  There are
still some improvements needed before version 1.00 but it is getting there.
Simple Branch and Bound should now be better too - although the full miplib
test (sbb -miplib) will take a long time - using Samples/sample2.cpp is
faster.  Anyone using Simple Branch and Bound should have patience as it
still has some way to go.
