[Coin-discuss] inconsistent behavior.

I don't know if you change something in your code or if I was wrong.
Now I'am home I have make an update and it seems that the behavior I get is 
the one I expect.

My small test suite just report now iconsistencies with the cplex osi 
implementation.
That implementation fail on:
	test5 (not reporting dual infeasible)
	test6 (return (0,0) where we expect (5, 0) and (3, 4))

After a bit of debugging it of test it seems that ranged constraint with 
positive variables lead to that strange behavior.
