[Coin-discuss] Sbb documentation

At present the documentation is interactive i.e. you ask a question and I
post the answer to coin-contest :-)

However, I hope that by the end of this week I can change into
documentation mode.  With limited time it may be slow but anyone can help
me get my priorities correct.  Should the documentation be for use of Sbb -
or for implementing clever ideas?  Remember that for cuts it is Cgl which
may need improved documentation.  For heuristics it would be Sbb.
