[Coin-discuss] BCP and CGL

In order to make BCP more CGL-friendly - should/can the BCP_cut class be 
replaced by OsiCut? or perhaps have BCP_cut derived from OsiCut? This 
seems to be the approach in the Examples/BranchAndCut BB_cut class.

Thoughts?
